Riddhi Tablet Coating System is used for film, aqueous, and sugar coating. Quality precision and uniformity of spraying is possible through PLC control. The spraying with spraying guns, Intlet Air Handling, Outlet Scrubber, Perstaltic Pump and Solution tank, temperature and humidity are all controlled by PLC to give a uniform coating pattern. The Riddhi Tablet Coating System has been designed to carry out most perfect and uniform coating with the least intervention by the operator. Riddhi Tablet Coating System is designed as a free standing, totally enclosed unit,with in built WIP system . The sides, back and front doors are provided for easy cleaning and maintenance. The unique perforated coating pan design utilize a totally enclosed, highly efficient air flow system for maximum drying uniformity and minimum process time. Process air flow through the inlet duct and is directed down and through product bed. The air exits under negative pressure through the exhaust plenum located under the tablet bed. Fully automated rotary valves on inletand outlet ducts located at technical area controls the quantum of inlet and outlet air as per batch size. Salient Features

Spraying Matched solution pump and spray gun optimize the coating process. Highly sophisticated, accurate and precise positive displacement / self priming peristaltic pump ensures the process stability and quality of the end product. All SS spray gun chock less in operation with automatic nozzle cleaning system, adjustable spray pattern and atomization control make the application of aqueous, organic solvent based film coating, eudragit coating and sugar solution coating on the tablet enables quick weight built up and uniform coating.
